ESD 101 provides support to para-educators throughout our region through trainngs and one-on-one support. Frequently trainings for the following topics are listed on the ESD website:

• Para-Reading

• Managing Difficult Behavior
• Teaming with Teachers
• Highly Qualified Portfolio Development

These trainings are available both at the ESD Conference Center and at requesting district sites.

In addition, we provide for regional para-eductors at the annual State Para-Educator Conference in Yakima.
